Carbon Additive Warehouse & Storage
Grade-segregated storage for raw anthracite, calcined carbon additives (CAC, GPC, CPC), and ferroalloy materials — maintaining specification integrity and moisture control from production to dispatch.
Storage Facilities
From Raw Anthracite to Export-Ready Carbon Additive
Our storage facilities handle three distinct material stages: incoming raw Taixi anthracite coal before calcination, in-process calcined material between crushing and screening stages, and finished carbon additive product (CAC, GPC, CPC) awaiting packaging and dispatch. Each grade uses physically separated storage zones to prevent cross-contamination and maintain specification purity.
Covered warehouse space protects moisture-sensitive finished products — critical for carbon additives where specification compliance requires moisture content below 0.5%. Open yard storage handles bulk raw anthracite intake. This combination supports high-volume throughput while preserving the quality characteristics that steelmakers and foundries require.

Grade Segregation
Different product grades (CAC, GPC, CPC, SiC) are stored in physically separated zones. Lot identification follows material from production through to loading, supporting full traceability.
Moisture Protection
Finished products destined for containerization are stored under cover to prevent moisture pickup. Critical for maintaining specification compliance during the period between production and loading.
Inventory Management
Stock levels are monitored to ensure buffer availability for contract customers. Pre-positioning of common grades reduces lead time from order confirmation to container loading.
