Calcination & Screening Equipment
Gas-fired calcination furnaces, rotary kilns, multi-stage crushers, and vibrating screens producing calcined anthracite coal (CAC), graphitized petroleum coke (GPC), and calcined petroleum coke (CPC) to precise particle size specifications.
Overview
Six Dedicated Production Lines
Our Pingluo facility operates six production lines covering high-temperature calcination (1200°C+), primary and secondary crushing, precision multi-deck screening, and automated packaging — producing carbon additives and recarburizers with fixed carbon content from 90% to 99%.

Thermal processing
Calcination
Gas-fired shaft furnaces and rotary kilns achieve calcination temperatures above 1200°C, driving off volatiles and raising fixed carbon content. Parameters are tuned per product grade — lower temperature for standard CAC (F.C. 90–93%), higher for premium grades and GPC (F.C. 98–99%).
Sizing
Crushing & Screening
Jaw and cone crushers reduce calcined material, followed by multi-deck vibrating screens that classify into buyer-specified particle ranges (0–1 mm, 1–5 mm, 5–10 mm, or custom). Precision screening ensures consistent particle size distribution for steelmaking and foundry recarburizer applications.
Release
Quality Control & Testing
In-line sampling at each production stage with laboratory analysis of fixed carbon, ash, volatile matter, sulfur, and moisture. Every lot receives a Certificate of Analysis (COA) before release. ISO 9001 quality management system ensures batch-to-batch consistency.
