Vertically Integrated Carbon Additive Manufacturing
Our Pingluo facility handles the complete carbon additive value chain — from raw Ningxia Taixi anthracite intake through high-temperature calcination, multi-stage crushing and screening, laboratory quality testing, to export packaging and container loading. This vertical integration delivers tighter control over fixed carbon content, ash and sulfur levels, precise particle size distribution, and full lot traceability from mine face to discharge port.

Calcination & Screening Equipment
Gas-fired calcination furnaces (1200°C+), jaw/cone crushers, vibrating screens, and PLC-controlled processing across six dedicated production lines for CAC, GPC, and CPC.
Warehouse & Storage
Grade-segregated storage for raw anthracite, calcined product, and finished carbon additives. Covered warehouse prevents moisture contamination of specification-sensitive materials.
Export & Logistics
Carbon additive packaging (25 kg bags, 1 MT FIBC jumbo bags), container loading, and port logistics. FOB/CIF/CFR from Tianjin, Shanghai, and Lianyungang.
